Taxes and E911 Fees

With Vestalink, all taxes and E911 fees to run your account are included within the plans that we outline on our website (Some jurisdiction subject to sales tax during checkout). There are no hidden fees whatsoever. All accounts are prepaid in advance. Vestalink does offer accounts that prepay for multiple months in advance but this does not mean we lock you into a contract. Vestalink customers are free to close their account at any time without worrying about cancellation fees or anything like that. If an yearly or 24 month account is closed it is backdated and billed as a monthly account for the months that it was in service. If this backdated amount is less that what was originally charged for the entire plan, the difference will be issued as a refund.
