Anonymous Call Blocking

Vestalink offers our users a way to automatically reject any caller without Caller ID information or that is purposefully blocking their own Caller ID from being sent.

By default, Anonymous Calls are allowed on your account. If you would like to block any calls without Caller ID or Blocked Caller IDs access the Settings page, under the Account tab of your web portal.

You can now select whether Allow Anonymous Calls is ON or OFF. 
When Allow Anonymous Calls is set to OFF, Unknown Caller, Anonymous, or empty Caller IDs will be blocked and will use the Default Blocking Method on the account.
