Ring All

The Ring All feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to up to six other phone numbers while it is ringing your Vestalink number.

To configure and activate this feature, click on the Ring All page of your web portal.

To add a phone number that your incoming calls will forward to, click on Add New Number +

This will enable a new line for you to add a forwarding number to your Ring All list. You can label the number and choose if the forwarding to that number is Enabled or Disabled. Be sure to click Save when you are done to add that number to your list.

You can choose whether certain numbers on your Ring All list are Enabled or Disabled at any time.

On the Ring All page, click on Edit beside the number you want to enable or disable then select the option you want in the drop menu.

Click Save and that number will be immediately enabled or disabled from your forwarded calls.

You can also remove entries from your Ring All list at any time by clicking on Remove on the right of the number.
