Although we are sorry to see you go, if you do need to port your number to another provider you will need to submit an LNP request to our upstream carrier through the phone company you wish to move to.  Vestalink does not have any control as to what numbers are transferred away from our service.  If you are having trouble porting a number from Vestalink please have the winning carrier submit a manual LSR request to Windstream and if needed, they should be using the escalation list posted on their website: http://carrier.windstreambusiness.com/ordering-and-provisioning-support-escalation-contacts/
